You aren't doing yourself any favors by putting it off. The longer you drive with bad brakes, the greater the danger to you and your passengers. Experts recommend that you have your brakes inspected at least once a year, even if they appear to be working just fine. Have your brakes checked twice a year if you regularly do heavy hauling or towing with your vehicle. And don't forget your brake fluid.
